My favorite place in Miami Beach and undoubtedly is South Pointe. For those unfamiliar with this area, South Pointe is the southern part South Beach, from the 5th street until the edge of the sea. The location is very privileged, the residential and commercial real estate growth has been incredible since 2008. Bordering the East coast, this area has a relatively new boardwalk which goes from the Miami Beach marina\u00a0and continues until the sands of the Southern most tip of South Beach.<\/p>\n

Condom\u00ednios luxuosos, lojas e restaurantes, escrit\u00f3rios e boates, essa \u00e1rea tem um charme ineglal\u00e1vel. Logo no in\u00edcio da \u00e1rea beirando a highway McCarthur que passa pelo porto de Miami, h\u00e1 uma marina lindissima de cara para a sofisticada Fisher Island, e tamb\u00e9m com vista para Downtown. O ideal \u00e9 parar o carro ali mesmo, O restaurante Monty\u00b4s, que fica na entrada, tem estacionamento com servi\u00e7o de Valet, o que \u00e9 bem conveniente.<\/p>\n
