After having a lot of fun at the Ultra Music Festival, it was time to get hands on with my\u00a010-year-old beautiful career as a real estate agent in Florida.<\/p>\n

I decided to change firms and put my license with a young and promising company Everything Miami Realty<\/a>. Founded by the talented Talita Pinheiro who has won more paths in a few years than some dream to achieve\u00a0in decades. It just has everything I need to follow my plans to connect my worlds between Miami-Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n

Talita is a smart, articulate, professional woman who has one of the strongest traits in my book – she only walks forward – she is self-assured, confident, and down to earth. Super connected with everyone and everything around her. She as me, believe in having a well-trained team to succeed and know we need to invest in order to grow, be it monetarily or with knowledge.<\/p>\n

I had the pleasure of meeting her a few years ago and even had the honor of giving her positive thoughts motivating her to take the agent\u00b4s license and also, as she recalled one day at her office, I even gave her tips on how to use the MLS when she started. It is with great joy that I join her team! The office she built is a beautiful space, well put together and has everything an agent needs to successfully close any kind of real estate business. The physical space and the well-trained support staff are in perfect harmony, on top of having built a top notch website.<\/p>\n

So we go forward helping many people achieve the dream of owning or renting a property at our fun and sunny Miami. Regardless of what service\u00a0our client needs, sale, purchase or rental, our team is on top of the best opportunities to safely invest in the Floridian real estate market.<\/p>\n

Our next trip to Brazil will be in June 2016 where we will bring the latest new construction projects to the cities of S\u00e3o Paulo and Fortaleza, sharing our knowledge to a\u00a0very interested crowd who will become our clients in the near future.<\/p>\n
